Everything is organic, raw and special ordered superfoods. It does contain possible allergens and may not be the best idea for sensitive people. See the list of possible ingredients in the above download. However, it is guaranteed! If on day one you just can't do it, you can cancel and get a refund for days 2 and 3. That has happened only one since 2006 but it is important to me that you feel comfortable.
You are urged to discuss any dietary change with your medical practitioner. This program has been offered for many years and I have seen some such as athletes and pregnant women need additional calories daily. Other may need to watch for variations in blood sugar (diabetics). Don't hesitate to ask for assistance and I am happy to work with your practitioner.
Most people sip on the jars throughout the day, others drink them as meals. Experiment to see what works best for you. However, please do drink in the suggested sequence. Your jars will be labeled. Begin with the green juice within 30 minutes of rising and consume the smoothie to complete your 'breakfast'. For 'lunch' consume your raw lunch soup and nut milk. 'Dinne' will bring your dinner soup and that zesty lemonade.
With the nutritional density, you may have difficulty finishing all the jars each day. If that is the case, it is more important to have some of each jar than to finish one and start the other. If you need more than 1600 per day or become hungry, the most common thing is to add oats.
Most people have added energy and increased bowel movements. Others will experience some symptoms of detoxification such as headache. Yes! In addition to the unexpected emotional and sleep - Constipation! Your body will be clearing toxins at an increased rate during this program and eliminating those toxins is essential. If you are having trouble dumping the extra trash, it can be as subtle as a headache or perhaps a breakout all the way to severe illness. I recommend having a tea available to assist if you have any slowing of your bowels. Make sure and check the ingredients for things you may be sensitive too. I can't tress how important it is to make sure your bowels are moving and am here to help.
