Two large en suite King rooms in the Manor House, the Guest Suite with a Queen room,  and two single sleepers that can be set up in any room  creates comfortable space for up to 8. The TWBoord guest suite is a popular getaway location in Fallbrook for area visitors, wedding guests, workshops, seminars and work travellers.  This private building with balcony overlooking the pool offers plenty of open indoor and outdoor space and peaceful atmosphere.  1000 sq ft, stained cement floor,  media projection, queen room, full bath, full size refrigerator  and  microwave are just  some of the features.

Over 1000 sq feet of gathering space open 24 hours. Access to the Manor House, back lawn, guest rooms and pool deck.  Large screen television with streaming/exercise content and equipment, dining for 8, coffee/tea, water, snacks for guests and the place for buffet for gatherings. 

Pool and spa with plenty of resting, yoga, meditation, break our group and eating space.  Pool and spa are salt water and open 24 hours.  Pool is heated by solar (86 degrees F in summer and 60 in winter months).  In-ground spa seat 6 and can be heated by request.

trees grace our artisan orange grove. We farm by hand with no chemicals. Only fresh air, sunshine and pure well water.  You will find our oranges for sale at TWBoord, local farm stands, markets, eateries and some breweries using them for citrus IPA.
